These terms explain how enquiries, custom-made furniture orders, payments and deliveries are handled by Eagle Furniture Ngara.

Custom-Made Furniture

Our furniture is made to order according to the design, dimensions, materials, colour and specifications agreed with the customer. Please confirm the final specifications with our team before production begins.

Quotations and Prices

Confirm the final design, materials, colour, specifications and total price with our team before placing an order. Changes requested after confirmation may affect the final price and production or delivery timeline. Any revised price or timeline will be discussed with the customer.

Order Confirmation and Payment

Once the design, colour and price have been agreed, a 60% deposit is required to confirm the order and secure the agreed delivery date and time. The remaining balance is payable on delivery. Customers should confirm their order details and payment arrangements with our team before production begins.

Production and Delivery

Production times depend on the agreed design and order requirements. Delivery within Nairobi is free, subject to confirmation of the delivery location and order arrangements. Customers outside Nairobi contribute to transport costs, which will be discussed and agreed before delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should check the agreed dimensions, colours, materials, delivery address and contact details before confirming an order. Please communicate any requested changes to our team as early as possible.

Returns, Defects and Order Changes

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the agreed specifications, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. Our returns and refunds policy applies, alongside any rights provided by applicable law.
