A quotation or request for information does not automatically constitute a confirmed order.

An order becomes confirmed after the customer and Eagle Furniture Ngara agree on the product, specifications, price and applicable payment terms.

Some of our furniture is made to order or customized according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for confirming measurements, colours, materials, fabrics, designs and other specifications before production begins.

Once production of a customized item has started, changes or cancellations may be subject to additional costs.

6. Payments

Payment requirements may vary depending on the product, order value and whether the item is ready-made or custom-made.

Where a deposit is required, production or preparation of a customized order may begin after the required deposit has been received.

Customers should retain payment confirmations and receipts for their records.

7. Delivery

Delivery arrangements, charges and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, product size and availability.

Delivery dates provided by Eagle Furniture Ngara are estimates and may be affected by production, transport, weather, traffic or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers should ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that adequate space is available for the furniture.

8. Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their furniture upon delivery and report any visible damage, missing items or incorrect products as soon as reasonably possible.

This allows us to investigate and resolve any issue promptly.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our applicable returns policy.

Custom-made or personalized furniture may not be eligible for return where the product has been manufactured according to the customer's approved specifications.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they believe a product is defective, damaged or materially different from what was ordered.

10. Warranty

Where a product is covered by a stated warranty, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be communicated to the customer.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.
